Tongjiang railway bridge and seasonal Amur checkpoint schedule

Tongjiang rail approach. Tongjiang city, 30 October reported track laying completed on 29 October on a new 10.43514 km bridge in the Jiamusi–Tongjiang capacity project. This is a domestic Chinese bridge, not the existing cross-border Tongjiang–Nizhneleninskoye bridge. Static acceptance and systems testing still lie ahead; no new freight capacity is yet verified.

Amur river checkpoints. Rosgranstroy, 30 October published seasonal plans: Blagoveshchensk–Heihe river cargo control from 2 November until freeze-up; Poyarkovo–Xunke sections 1 and 2 from 5 and 6 November; Amurzet–Luobei from 4 November. These are scheduled restrictions, not confirmed execution. The road bridge and Kani-Kurgan are not closed by this notice.

Passenger hovercraft. Amurskaya Pravda, 31 October relayed the operator's report of a weather-related pause by the Chinese side, with passengers directed to buses via Kani-Kurgan. Passenger counts and recovery timing remain unknown. A heating plan discussion for Blagoveshchensk through 2035 lacks a verified protocol and new financing. Six observations were added, no corrections; model assumptions remain unchanged. These events do not establish unprecedented development.
