The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation reported the 23 October opening of the Radar Sikhote creative cluster in Vladivostok, with 13 resident organisations and more than 1,000 m² of space. This is one opened site, not completion of the planned regional network.
The same agency says Sakhalin companies piloted the federal Northern Supply information system from August to October 2026. The report gives more than 500 users, not an exact count. Mandatory system-based planning from 2027 and an expected four million tonnes of 2026 supply are plans, not demonstrated current results.
