Heihe: border movements and processing
The Heihe Free Trade Zone administration republished a Heilongjiang Daily report on 13 October with January–June 2026 figures. Heihe's road port registered about 80,000 vehicle movements, reported as 97% above the comparable 2025 period. This is a rounded count of crossings, not unique vehicles, freight tonnage or a daily rate.
The same report states that Heilongjiang Fengde Hengtai Grain and Oil Co. (黑龙江丰德恒泰粮油有限公司) had CNY 154 million in output value in H1 2026. That is nominal output value for one processor, not physical soy volume, profit or a regional food balance. Neither an underlying customs table nor company accounts accompany the report. Republication by the provincial government does not provide an independent second source.
Records AMU-20261014-001 and AMU-20261014-002 retain their H1 period and first-seen date of 14 October. Model coefficients and calibration are unchanged. Unmanned cross-border transport tests and smart-port work are mentioned without operational volumes or commissioning dates, so they are not numerical observations. Route shifts, post-restriction recovery and price effects remain alternatives. Hidden coordination is unestablished.
