[Blagoveshchensk city administration, 26 October](https://www.admblag.ru/news/v_blagoveshchenske_zavershilsya_remont_mezhdvorovykh_proezdov_dorozhniki_priveli_v_poryadok_26_uchas/) reports that repairs were completed on 26 local access-road sections during the 2026 road season, up from an initial plan of about 20. Some sections received only pothole repairs; the count is neither kilometres of new road nor independently verified acceptance.

The [city's transport report](https://new.admblag.ru/news/bolee_8_tysyach_reysov_i_124_tysyachi_passazhirov_v_blagoveshchenske_zavershili_rabotu_sadovye_marsh/) says four seasonal garden-bus routes carried 124,600 passengers and stopped on 25 October. This is a seasonal total, not a daily flow. The report says services started on 1 May but also describes the period as five months; the exact reporting window needs clarification.

Two observations were added, none corrected. No comparable year-on-year series or evidence of an unprecedented historical development trend follows from these figures. Model assumptions and calibration are unchanged.
