Actual lessons remain to be checked. [Vostochny’s 3.7 MW boiler](https://www.ampravda.ru/2026/11/03/novaia-ugolnaia-fabrika-tepla-v-poselke-vostocnyi-zamenila-ustarevsuiu-kotelnuiu) was installed, but heat delivery is unverified. [The Novorossiika bridge](https://www.ampravda.ru/2026/11/03/dereviannyi-50-letnii-most-v-mazanovskom-okruge-zamenili-na-zelezobetonnuiu-perepravu) is near completion, with drainage and riverbed work remaining. [China’s procurement register, 4 November](https://www.ccgp.gov.cn/cggg/dfgg/qtgg/202611/t20261104_27615877.htm) records cancellation of one flood assessment package for the G301 upgrade because fewer than three bids were received; this does not cancel the road project.
